There is a communal pool, shared with the other properties in the complex.Set in a quiet location with close proximity to amenities, the villa is a 2min drive to the nearest sandy beach. Elegantly decorated and furnished, the villa is fully equipped to provide a most unforgettable stay to our guests.
The 122sqm luxurious maisonette can accommodate a maximum of 6 guests in 3 bedrooms.
The villa has two levels:
The groundfloor consists of 3 bedrooms and one bathroom with large bathtub. There is air-conditioning in the hall.
The 1st floor consists of the living room with A/C, dining area, the kitchen and 2nd bathroom with shower
The modern living room is fitted with two comfortable sofas, a 43’’ smartTV and an air-conditioning unit.
The ground floor level has access to a private patio leading to the private garden, with outdoor furniture to enjoy quiet and relaxing evenings and space for the kids to run around and play.
There is another turfed shady garden at the back of the house with outdoor furniture.
The outdoor area offers sea views and views of the green surroundings.
There is a shared pool (with the other maisonettes in the complex).
The fully equipped kitchen features an electric oven/cooktop, refrigerator, filter coffee machines, electric kettle, toaster and kitchenware. There is a 4-seater dining table.
