The second-floor patio overlooks the pool area and waterfront canal. A propane grill is located on the external patio directly beyond the pool. From the dining room to the living room, the open design allows you to enjoy the full view of the patio, the pool and the waterfront!

All three bedrooms are located on the second floor. The main bedroom has its own private bathroom, with a walk-in shower, heavy glass doors, and tiles from top to bottom.
