Summary: Their was an issue with the bathroom sink in one of the bedrooms. My Daughter ended up having to use our bathroom because there was a leak under the sink and water was all over the floor. Additionally, the water was leaking from that bathroom through the ceiling to the bedroom below. To be fair, the host mentioned in a message that there was a problem with the sink the afternoon that we were going to check in. We decided to go ahead and keep the reservation because we were exhausted from driving and didn't want to deal with finding another lodging option. Looking back we should have just cancelled because the problem was much worse than the host conveyed to us. One bedroom and bathroom was completely inaccessible and we were not offered a discount or other remedy for our trouble. The host did leave a Panera gift card for us but I should have insisted on a discount on our nightly rate considering we booked the residence with the full intention of having access to the entire listing and we did not.
