Villa del Sol is a fully-furnished 2100+ SqFt 3 bedroom, 2 full bath home that sleeps up to 6. Reverse Osmosis (RO) system provides better-than-bottled quality drinking water. 10-12' ceilings make the home feel even larger, while CEILING FANS in every room keep the cool air in all the right places. The heart of the home is the large, open GREAT ROOM, which features an upgraded kitchen, dining area, and large living area with 65'' Smart TV and HUGE wrap-around leather sectional. The kitchen includes stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, a walk-in pantry, and convenient bar with stools.
True split floorplan offers an ideal degree of PRIVACY. The master retreat, complete with a king-sized bed, sitting area, 60'' Smart TV and private bath with dual vanity, soaking tub, separate shower, and water closet is tucked-away at the rear of the home.
The two secondary bedrooms, each with a brand new queen-sized bed, each feature walk-in closets and are located in the front wing. They share a full guest bath.
