Summary: Booked with VRBO but with Landing properties you have to make another account and run everything through a different app. It’s now two months later and I find out that Landing is also billing separately from the VRBO booking, so with no prior notification that the booking hadn’t been paid we’ve been informed that they’re considering sending us to collections. We did not get the property we had originally booked and and ended up in this instead. There was mold on the registers. The AC barely worked on the third floor such that is was near 80 degrees in the bedroom when it was 65 degrees on the ground floor. The carpets were dirty. I’m not sure the top floor was structurally sound as there were multiple areas of bowing, creaking and steep grades throughout the apartment. Cannot stress enough, I will not be booking through a Landing property again.
