Rustic home on Norris Lake. Sleeps 10, King, Queens x 2 bedroom 2, Queens x 2 bedroom 3, 3 full bath + 1/2 bath. Lake is visible from the property seasonally. Not directly on the lake. Watercraft launching from nearby Shanghai marina 3.5 mi away. The master suite has a private balcony with a lake/wooded view. LR has a wood fireplace. Deck has a Weber propane grill, hot tub, propane fire pit with seating, outdoor dining, 2nd fire pit lawn area. Completely renovated, pool/ping pong table, endless parking,
House Rules are simple and they are as follows:
1. No smoking or vaping inside the property. Smoking is only permitted outside in designated areas.
2. No parties or events are allowed on the property.
3. No additional guests beyond those specified in the reservation are allowed on the property.
4. Quiet hours are from 8 pm to 8 am. Please respect the neighbors and keep noise to a minimum during these hours.
5. No pets are allowed on the property unless prior written approval has been obtained.
6. The property must be left clean and tidy upon departure. Please dispose of all trash and recycle appropriately.
7. The guest will be responsible for damaging the property beyond normal wear and tear.
8. The guest is responsible for their personal property and belongings. The owner is not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
9. Check-in time is after 4 pm, and check-out time is before 11 am. Late check-out or check-in may be available upon request for an additional $150, subject to availability.

Summary: Very nice place, we enjoyed our stay. Our checkin was pushed back an extra hour as the place was still being cleaned from the renters before us who apparently trashed the place. Given the time crunch we felt the floors and other areas were left a bit dirty but given the circumstances we tried to be understanding.
