You can rent our fully renovated, 10th floor, two-bedroom (sleeps max. 4), two-bath, mile-high condominium on a daily or weekly basis using our direct-from-owner plan. This type of rental can save you up to 40% from rental company rates. While some may think the view is the most incredible amenity, we do not stop there. SugarTop offers a refreshing indoor heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, and exercise room for all of its residents and guests. Other amenities include steam room, whirlpool, and 24-hour gated security and front desk service. Forget something or need some munchies? There is a fully stocked pantry in the lobby with a hot coffee/hot chocolate bar and a tavern serving your favorite adult beverages. On weekends and holidays you can take the Sugar Mountain Ski shuttle to the slopes from the gate house at the parking lots (www.skisugar.com).
Located exactly 5281 feet above sea level (ONE MILE HIGH), on the 10th floor, atop Sugar Mountain. From your large private balcony you will be overlooking the ski slopes of Sugar Mountain and breathtaking views of Beech Mountain and the Banner Elk area.
Your unit will have two bedrooms and two full baths with tub and shower. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and private shower. The second bedroom offers a twin daybed with a twin pop-up trundle (put them together for a king-size bed). The Living Room has two leather chairs/ottomans and a leather couch. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. You will find flat screen tv's in every room including a 50" smart tv in the living room. The dining room seats four and adjoins the family room where you can enjoy the Stoned ELECTRIC FIREPLACE.
You will have a starter supply of all paper products and trash bags. There are two grocery stores within a 3-5 min drive where you can pick up groceries and any necessities you would like. We have an electric coffee pot with filters provided. Please bring pool towels if you plan to swim. We have several parking lots and shuttle service to the front doors.
