Tampa Heights offers so many unique-n-funky restaurants, coffee shops and more! The cottage is located in a neighborhood of character-filled bungalows.
Grab a scooter, check out Armature Works along the Tampa Riverwalk, relax, and enjoy everything Tampa has to offer! And don't forget to hit the beach!
Plenty of street parking is available for your car. The home is newly renovated from the ground up! Beautiful new furnishings and appliances make this a great place to stay. The home has great natural light throughout. The bathroom offers a large walk-in shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash.
In the amenities section of the listing we have "iron" checked off. We have provided a steamer since its safer!
Guests will have access to the entire detached cottage with the exception of the owners closet. There is a main house where we have annual tenants. There is an additional storage area that is to the left of the front door which is for the use of the main house residents. Driveway parking is reserved for the residents of the main house.
There is a convenience store just a two minute walk down the street. Good neighborhood eats include Thee Burger Spot...we recommend getting the loaded fries! If you want a chill place to get caffeinated, it's just a quick stroll to The Blind Tiger Cafe. Ranked the number one beach in the US, Clearwater is just a 30 minute drive away!
