This 1960's quirky and quaint beach bach, which has been in the same family for generations, sits north facing, perched high on a very rare large plot with sweeping ocean views and oh so romantic sunsets.
Featuring an open plan relaxed living area with a large range slider opening to the deck, open plan dining and original 1960's kitchen adding to it's gorgeous beachy charm. The walls are adorned with history, special memories, local artist prints and treasures gathered over the families many years at their bach.
Featuring three bedrooms upstairs, master bedroom with a comfortable super king bed, the second bedroom with a comfortable queen bed and the third bedroom with a set of bunks. Accessed only from outside across the lawn, the basement of the bach offers further space to meet the teenager needs, equipped with foosball table, single bed with a single trundler bed, a set of bunks and another two single bed. The perfect space for lots of laughter and a midnight feast.
Additional features include laundry facility, unlimited wifi, sky tv, plenty of off street parking, outdoor shower, heat/air con pump, apple pc. Please note the cleaning fee: all linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the ministry of health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure. .
All bach break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.
