Positive: This is a very spacious apartment close to Casablanca and with a lovely view of the sea and access to swimming pools. The apartment felt cosy and homely. The parking felt secure and was cool.and shaded. The security guards operating the car park were friendly and helpful. We liked that there was access to a washing machine and washing powder. We enjoyed the coffee machine and found the lounge sofas comfy. The host, Houda, was very nice and really quick to reply to messages. She was friendly and helpful. There is a large supermarket a short drive away. We got the checkout time wrong by mistake, so were a bit late checking out, but Houda was very nice and forgiving and accommodating and allowed us to take our time with check-out, which we appreciated.
Negative: We chose this apartment for a couple of nights of luxury during our road trip around Morocco. It was expensive but we felt it would be worth it for the space and the air conditioning. Sadly, we discovered there is no air conditioning in the lounge or living areas of the apartment and the air conditioning in the main bedroom was broken. Houda was very attentive and responsive and arranged for someone to come and fix the air conditioning after our first night, even though it was a Sunday, but sadly the job was too big for him to do on the day so we had no air conditioning both nights that we stayed at the apartment. Houda seems to be a great host though, so I'm sure the air conditioning in the main bedroom will be working for the next guests. I think the apartment is a little expensive for what it is. We have since stayed at a lovely Riad in Marrakesh which has air conditioning, 24 hours reception, a spa service, a restaurant, breakfast included, and a swimming pool. The Riad is less than half the price of this apartment, but more luxurious and comfortable.
