Enjoy wonderful sunsets on this newly renovated property located on Medina Lake. It includes a private dock with a sound system, where you can bring your water toys, swim and fish. Although the lake is down, we are still in deep water. A golf cart isw part of the rental to assist in going to and from the dock. There are public boat ramps for your use at Red's Cove, Joe's Place and the County Park on Park Road 37. They are within 10 - 17 miles of our home by car and, as a bird flies, they are just about a mile away from our dock. Although the lake level is fluctuating, our dock is still in deep water. In the main house there are 4 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms, the master with its own private bath and gorgeous walk in shower. There is a game room and loft, but the kitchen view steals the show. The kitchen boasts large windows with a more than 200 degree view of the lake. The large deck off the kitchen is a perfect spot for morning coffee with a lakeview or a glass of wine with a sunset. There is something for guests of every age to enjoy, perfect for celebrating holidays or having a reunion. The loft is a great getaway for kids, while the game room has a pool table, electronic dart game, a new classic table top video game with all of the games you remember...from Frogger to Mario to Pacman. Outside there is a new cornhole game, a chiminea for fires and roasting marshmallows for s'mores. The dock is covered and has the ability to tie on two boats and there is an electric ramp for either parking jet ski's or easy access to swim. (great for children). The lake levels fluctuate, however our dock is in an average of 8 feet of water at any particular time. The family room has a 70" tv and a home sound system throughout the kitchen, family room and game room with volume controls in each room. The home is equipped with wifi, new wifi printer (if you need to work from 'home') and numerous dvd's, and board games. The base nightly rate is for 1-8 guests, however it can sleep 16. You will need to contact the owner for parties over 8. There is an optional detached bunk room that sleeps 4 adults + 1 child, which is perfect to create some separation, especially useful for those who have a baby or elders who want a quiet place to escape. You may add the bunk room for an additional fee depending on the season. Contact owner for details. Home is equipped charging outlet 14-50r for your RV, Tesla, electric vehicle, etc. This is a FAMILY vacation destination.
