You have a BBQ for your use just outside the slider door. Comfortable sitting/living room area and smart TV with WIFI. Bedroom has a comfy queen mattress with dust mite/ bedbug cover for your well being.. A basket of snacks are awaiting your arrival to help you settle in to your home away from home. The bathroom has a shower stall (no bath tub). This rental is nicely decorated in beach theme and will surely suit your needs for a relaxing place to stay while you visit or work in our surrounding areas. We are close to freeway access (but no freeway noise), shopping, restraunts, and activities are with in walking distance. The beach and Ventura Pier are only a 10 minute drive. Ventura Harbor with many shops restaurants is a beautiful place to see the boats and is only 10 minutes away. The Collection Shopping, dining and entertainment center at a six minute drive over the bridge heading South on the 101 freeway. There you will find a Comedy Club, high scale restaurants, a movie theater a Whole Foods Grocery Market and plenty of retail shopping. Carpenteria and Santa Barbara are a beautiful 20-30 minute drive North. Downtown Ventura boasts the night life, more shops and restaurants. Ventura is not going to disappoint you. To explore L.A. you drive 1 hour South, many things to do and all close enough for day trips!
