Summary: Good Morning My recent stay in Martinez, Ga. was my first with VRBO and was disappointed with the property as it was not as advertised for the following reasons. Need to check the pictures on the site, did not match reality. 1) lawn maintenance was being done upon arrival and very loudly i must say. 2) The cleanliness of the accommodations was substandard. The counters were not wiped down, the dishes were not clean, the furniture had not been dusted (write my name in spots). As for the bathrooms they all had to be wiped down especially the toilets, a visible dirty look on them. 3) The pool was not available it was. This was one of the reasons o booked as the kids enjoy the water. It had yellow tape across the entrance, dirty, pool area was off limits. no chairs on the deck area except for a wicker thing that we were afraid to sit in due to falling thru. The grill would not light. I would not recommend this location to anybody. I do have a second reservation in August hopefully this will be a better experience. This was my first stay with VRBO and at this point am really disappointed. I believe I am due a credit as it was not as advertised. Please advise me Robert Rochette
