Summary: No signs telling you where the ice machine is located. One of them didn't work. Internet didn't work, except at the front desk. No IT help was offered. My husband & I had been on vacation for 4 weeks. This is the only place internet would not work. The room itself was nice. I asked about the type of shower and was told it had walk-in, but it was a standard tub. Very disappointed.
