From the private driveway, head up to the back of this pretty property and immediately, on the left-hand side, you will find yourself in the cosy and welcoming open-plan space with large windows looking out onto the Abersoch Golf Course, Snowdonia and Cardigan Bay. The kitchen/diner is well-equipped for your cooking needs, plus there’s an oak dining table and chairs for nine people. A door from the living room leads onto the conservatory where you can relax and enjoy stunning views. Also on this floor there are three inviting bedrooms; a family room with bunk beds and a single bed, a cosy twin bedroom, and a king bedroom with an en-suite shower room, towels provided, however please bring beach towels. Travel cot available please bring your own cot linen. There’s a pretty bathroom here too. Step one floor down to reach the downstairs bedroom with a twin set, and to reach the wet room you have to go down several steps outside or down the stairs inside. There is also a WC and utility room housing the washing/dryer, sink and extra fridge on this floor.
Outside, there is a charming, enclosed garden, perfect for al fresco dining with beautiful coastal views, and an outside tap for rinsing sandy feet and wetsuits.
