Malibu is a modern, comfortable house. Specially designed for those who enjoy the outdoor nature as much as indoor.
This house was built 3 years ago with minds set on merging outdoor/indoor sensations. The living room and kitchen are an open plan area which opens up to the sides creating not only a wide open view and nice breeze, but also lighting up the feeling of being in the green costa rican jungle!

The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking all kinds of recipies (or learn how to do so with a chef!); living room area has TV with Amazon prime, Fire TV, Netflix.
En-suite bedroom downstairs is surrounded by glass-windows to experience an interrupted view of the pool and garden
Master bedroom is the ideal room for morning persons! its surrounded by uncovered glass walls to experience the feeling of being in a tree nest ! It also has smart TV and lots space for clothing.
"The loft" features a sofa with a single size mattress + 1 extra single size matress accesible through stairs. The ceiling is low.
The natural light around the house creates an amazing atmosphere in the house.
Theres a construction taking place in our neighbor's lot, so prices have been adjusted for this reason :)

To get to ST area
- Driving: from SJO aprox 5 hs. check the schedule for the ferry in Naviera Tambor.
- Plane: fly into Tambor Airport and get a driver to pick you up and drop you off (45 min to town)
- Shuttle: private shuttle door to door.
