Positive: The place is in a very good location- close to the sea, restaurants and tourist shops. The area is convenient, and everything you need is within easy reach. The accommodation itself has potential and is a good choice for those who value a great location.
Negative: There were no mosquito nets, which was inconvenient. The owner seemed a little distant at first, although in the following days she became more friendly. Unfortunately, we still missed a feeling of genuine care and attention. Communication could be improved. We were not informed about the Wi-Fi options-only after asking we found out there was internet by the pool, but it did not work in the room. Later we were told that there was a separate Wi-Fi for the rooms, but unfortunately it also did not work during our entire stay. We also did not know about the cleaning arrangements. The “do not disturb / room cleaning” note was placed high in the kitchen area, so it was very easy to miss. The room was “cleaned”, but our clean belongings were moved together with dirty airport suitcases into one place, and our pyjamas were left untidily, although we had left them neatly folded. Overall, the place has potential, but better communication, organisation and more attention to guests’ needs would make the experience much better.
