Positive: This is a beautiful, tastefully and comfortably restored house built in the 1257. It is situated in the bastide town of Montflanquin and is only steps away from a boulangerie, friendly bars and restuarants, and a well stocked epicerie. The weekly market on a Thursday morning in the town square sells wonderful local farm produce and artisan goods. Monflanquin is a good base to explore the other charming bastide towns and the local region. Geraint and Charlotte are great hosts and all the information we needed about the house was in the Wecome Book. We loved the thoughtful gifts left to greet us on our arrival.
