Travel Purpose: business

Positive: Great sea-view location, shady terrace, big french windows, responsive host, all around pleasant relaxed feel. Beautiful rocky beach very near (but the access is difficult). Despite what I mention as drawbacks we liked our stay very much and would return again.

Negative: Theres an adjacent house and the key-box code we got was for the other house (not our one). This got resolved after about an hour (although the host was otherwise very pleasant and communicative, he was not immediately available at the moment) but it was very unpleasant after a 14-hour drive and with 3 children. The window anti-insect nets are not in a good state, they have holes and are very flimsy. Generally the furniture is in a very used state. Difficult access to the beach - you have to climb a door to the staircase which is permanently shut and then again climb another blockage below the steep ladder-staircase down at the beach. The house was not very clean when we arrived.
