Summary: The unit was clean and nice but check in was terrible. I received email with instruction to go straight to the unit and the lockbox code will be delivered to me on the day of arrival , but I did not receive the code. After couple of times calling to the number provided, they sent me the code. There was no instructions about the complex , where to go. The map was not provided. We have a hard time to find a pool, at the pool there were no towels at 4 PM. There were no towels anywhere , not in fitness room , not in a pool. luckily the lady at front desk help us and gave us the room towels. In overall have a good time to stay at the unit , but they should provide a better instructions and instead of going to the unit, it’s nice to have the address for front desk too.
