Summary: Difficult to know what to say. Apartment spacious, excellent amenities, very clean but unfortunately in dire need of a refurbishment. Dingy walls, yellow chipped paintwork, double glazed units blown, kitchen plinth kept falling down on my feet. If you can see by the tired look of the place you can’t beat it. Staff always friendly and helpful, great position next to ferry but too far out of town for us. Having said all this I would stay there again
