Positive: The location was fantastic for visiting numerous sights around L.A
Negative: On arrival it became apparent that there was person/persons residing in the garage/converted guest house which is adjoined to the property. This was not highlighted prior to arrival or on the listing. If it is the owners living there we would have found it less strange/stressful if they had made themselves known on or prior to arrival. We felt a little uncomfortable when we realised 2 days in (after returning home later at night) and found lights on in the garage and movement inside.
Summary: Good location, little tired in places but description needs updated to pre warn future renters.
