Welcome to La Bella Vita (“The Beautiful Life”)! This fabulous, fairly new, well constructed home rests on 3 acres and backs up to 50 acres of natural forested mountain at 3300 feet in the desired Crabtree community of Waynesville. Yet the home is easily accessible via a paved road. If you are looking for a quiet, relaxing retreat with spectacular views in every season, a luxury home with all the amenities, and still accessible to the local sights, this is it. The home is a quiet getaway, secluded from the crowds but centrally located to Waynesville (9 miles), Maggie Valley (19 miles), Cataloochee Ski Area (20 miles), and Asheville (25 miles).
We are excited to share our home with you. The views are incredible and ever changing as clouds drift through the valley and sunsets paint a palette of colors across the sky. Whether we are relaxing on the back deck enjoying the mountain views, sitting at the pond watching the Koi, or on the front porch listening to the waterfalls, La Bella Vita brings much joy and serenity to our lives and those of our guests.
