Welcome to Las Conchas Beach, an exclusive gated community in Rocky Point of single family beach homes. Tessoro is at the end of the magnificent Las Conchas peninsula. Our “home away from home” is the largest condo offered at Tessoro, with wrap-around balconies, boasting panoramic views. The original/current owner is an interior designer which is evident in the attention to detail throughout. From changes made at the construction stage (such as adding a 4th FULL bathroom) to the custom designed furniture, beach color palette, and unique décor, this contemporary and inviting unit is truly a treasure, which makes sense, because the word Tessoro, in Spanish, means treasure.
After parking in the underground garage, you’ll take the private elevator directly into the beautifully furnished, spacious condo. Upon entering the 4th floor end unit, the views will take your breath away!
The large condo is 3260 square feet, including 915 square feet of wrap-around balconies providing unobstructed views of the Sea of Cortez, beautiful beaches and amazing sunrises and sunsets.
Located on the Morua Estuary, this private location has direct access to more than 5 miles of beach and estuary, which is an ideal spot for fishing, kayaking and stand-up paddle boarding. This site has the 2nd greatest tide fluctuation in the world. At high tide, The Sea of Cortez literally wraps around the resort. Low tide is the perfect time to enjoy the expansive beach, explore the ever-changing tide pools and the coral teeming with sea life. You can search for shells and sand dollars, play bocce and feel the warm, soft sand between your toes. This is a bird watching paradise, and you may see dolphins and even whales!
The condo comfortably sleeps 9-11 guests. There are 2 master bedrooms with king beds, a bedroom with custom bunk beds/trundle that sleep 5 on extra-long twin mattresses and an “L” shaped leather sofa in the family room that can easily accommodate 2 more people.
This home is turn-key and includes a fully stocked gourmet kitchen (minus food/drinks), all bed linens, bath and beach towels, blow dryers, extra toiletries, etc. The dining table seats 6 and the matching kitchen bar stools seat an additional 7 people. Enjoy flat screen televisions and Blue-ray players in all 3 bedrooms with a very extensive movie collection. There’s also a large flat screen television in the family room with Direct T.V. This is the only unit at Tessoro with 4 FULL bathrooms. One master bathroom has a Jacuzzi tub with a lit onyx wall and double sinks, while the other master bathroom shower has a view of the sea! The living room features a custom designed circular sofa that seats 14 people…perfect for playing games. You’ll find a large selection of games in the condo too. The storage closet by the service elevator is filled with fishing rods, boogie boards, skim board, bocce sets, tennis rackets/balls, etc.
Other amenities include high-end finishes throughout…travertine, granite and marble, all stainless steel kitchen appliances, 10-foot sky blue ceilings with custom beams, floor to ceiling glass walls and entire walls of sliding glass doors to take advantage of ocean views and sea breezes on all 3 sides of the unit, “see through” and black out shades on all windows/sliding doors for light control, rain shower heads in master bathrooms, Jacuzzi tub and grill on the wrap-around balcony, 2 AC units, wireless internet, swim-up bar and cabana at the infinity edge pool near another Jacuzzi, fire pit, 24 hour gated security, tennis court, fitness center on first floor, private laundry room, on-site property manager who can coordinate requests for a private chef, fishing, kayaking, horseback riding, massages right on the balcony, etc. (for additional fees).

We do not have cable tv. All television sets may be used to watch movies from our extensive collection or you can stream onto out tv sets with your own device. You may need an HDMI cable to do this.
