This beautiful upscale vacation home is located on a private gated street near the best that LA has to offer. Close to Universal Studios, Hollywood, downtown L.A., Malibu beaches, Silverlake and so much more! Near beautiful Lake Balboa Park, hiking and biking trails, boating, botanical gardens, picnic areas and playgrounds all within walking distance.
This luxury built two-story features a two-car garage with a top-of-the-line washer and dryer, a living room, dining room, large kitchen, family room (with 60-inch smart TV). The downstairs bedroom has a romantic feel and features a CA King bed. Upstairs is a large, luxurious master bedroom with a CA King bed, a queen sleeper sofa, fireplace, 60-inch smart TV and ensuite. The Jacuzzi tub (perfect for 2-4 guests), is ideal for soothing after a hard day of play.
Another large bedroom will provide ample space with a CA King bed, queen sofa sleeper and 60-inch smart TV (2-4 guests). The third bedroom has a tropical feel with a soft pillow top California king bed and a brand new, 43-inch smart TV (2 guests). The fourth and final room upstairs has 2 single beds.
The manicured backyard and lush greenery is the perfect place to relax in the luxury spa. BBQ meals on the patio enjoy California sunsets while you dine. In addition to these amenities are high speed internet and cable with HBO. Large kitchen with new and easy-to-use appliances to satisfy your culinary desires.
