This home is a non-smoking and non-vaping residence. Please do not smoke or vape on the rooftop patio either, to be respectful of our neighbors. If it's apparent that smoking occurred in the home, an additional cleaning fee will be administered.
Absolutely no parties are allowed. Please be respectful of the neighbors w/ quiet hours from 10 pm to 7 am.

Summary: The townhouse is well equipped with modern furnishings and the location was perfect for us. There are local restaurants and bars as well as a grocery store within walking distance. We also met the neighbors who were very friendly and helpful. We would stay here again.
