Our home has a nice front porch with natural sunlight to relax & have a morning cup of coffee, tea or a glass of wine to enjoy your evening. Home is fully furnished to host 5-6 guest, 1 full bath updated shower/ tub combo with toiletries, body wash,shampoo & conditioner, 2 cozy Queen beds and 1 Twin to relax for the day or evening chill. Complimentary Wine for all Guests. Home has security cameras for guest safety, TV,s two 50 “ inch one 43’inch , internet , Netflix, Amazon, YouTube, bored Games and Books to Read for your entertainment. Home offers New stainless steel appliances, Washer/Dryer Combo, dishes , utensils, pots / pans, & wine glasses. Within 5mins of LSU Tiger stadium, lots of restaurants with great food, personal recommendation (The Chimes). I encourage my guest to also take advantage of The Greater Baton Rouge Downtown attractions like incredible sightseeing on the Leeve, USS Kidd, Shaw center, Raising Cane's River Center for concerts, comedy shows etc , shopping areas, historical sites within walking distance along 3rd St, Bars / Clubs & Restaurants to have a cocktail to experience an incredible nightlife!!!
