The Village has shops for browsing and restaurants. Chapin's Restaurant and Gina's by the Sea are a short walk from this cottage in a great family neighborhood. central air and heated. The cottage is to be left in the same immaculate condition that you will find it in. No candles or smoking are allowed, nor any parties.
