This beautiful, recently upgraded, three bedroom / three bathroom, single-storey vacation villa is the perfect stay for families with children.
Located conveniently a few miles South of Disney parks, and close to restaurants, shops, attractions, and major roads at Championsgate, this holiday paradise villa is the perfect place to unwind and relax after a day at the parks. The house features a screened, private heated pool and a games room with pool table and air hockey table. The fully air-conditioned accommodation sleeps 6 comfortably and includes:
Bedroom 1: Master suite with King bed, ensuite bath, and smart TV
Bedroom 2: Master suite with Queen bed, ensuite bath, and smart TV
Bedroom 3: Bunk bed room (twin over full)
The open floor plan of the living room, dining room, kitchen and breakfast bar, allows everyone to spread out, yet relax together. The family room has an HD smart TV with cable channels, and a large sliding door that leads onto the pool deck. The fully-equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, a granite breakfast bar that seats 3, and a dining table that seats 6.
Out back, the screened, private pool area features pool loungers and a covered lanai with dining table and chairs. The pool can be heated for an additional charge (Recommended from November to March).
Some additional amenities include: high speed wireless internet, cable TV service, washer and dryer, dishes and drink ware, iron and ironing board, linens, towels, pool towels, hairdryers in each bathroom, stroller, high chair, pack n play, and board games.
