Lovely condo, walking distance to Jordan Hare and downtown Auburn. Located atTiger Suites at the corner of Donahue and W. Glenn. It is two blocks from campus and very easy walk to the stadium. Includes 1 parking spot during rental.
Sleeping Arrangements:
The condo has 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed. Thebathroom is located just outside the bedroom (for whole condo use). Bedroom 2 has a King bed and en-suite bathroom.
There is a Queen sleeper sofa in the den.
The kitchen has a two burner stovetop, a microwave, a toaster oven, a Keurig coffee maker and a full sizerefrigerator with an ice maker. There is a small eating area at the end of the bar with two barstools.
The den has a 3-seater Queen sized sleeper sofa, along with plenty of relaxing space for all guests.There are sliding glass doors that go onto the balcony which provides for extra seating. There is asmall table and chairs on the balcony to watch the game-day activity.
The living room is large enough for friends to gather around the TV for the football game while you hear the marching band playing from the stadium. The balcony is the showstopper. Use of the “Tigers Den” before and after game for fun relaxing with other tenants. Laundry on site.
