Summary: If I could give more stars, I would! From the moment we arrived, we were treated with true concierge-level service. Every member of the staff was incredibly kind, welcoming, and genuinely invested in making our stay unforgettable. The hotel was spotless, the grounds were absolutely gorgeous, and every detail was thoughtfully cared for. When we needed transportation, the hotel manager personally arranged both our car service and our ferry transfer to the port, making our travel completely stress-free. This was hands down one of the best hotel experiences I've ever had. We left feeling so well taken care of, and we can't wait to return. Thank you to the entire team for your exceptional hospitality—you made our trip truly special!
