Positive: Great hosts, comfy & good facilities, quiet location, good parking, outdoor seating, close to motorway junction, close to large hotel with great restaurant.
Negative: A bit of noise from nearby motorway, lack of public transport / taxis, poor soundproofing between lodge & studio next door.
