Positive: Clean rooms, comfortable beds.
Negative: First and foremost: while I understand that hotels need to keep track of their guests and records of who stayed with them, having a hotel policy where employees take photos of guests IDs on their personal phones is wrong on every level. The standard procedure is to photo copy them. At a 4* hotel, I’d have expected to have coffee and tea included in the rate. After check-in, when we were informed that it’s extra charge, I read more reviews and saw many people complaining about this but the hotel just responds with attitude about the issue. The elevator is pretty far from the reception desk and the rooms are not properly soundproofed.
