Summary: Information about checking in was poor. We arrived around 7pm thinking we would get a key from the desk - but the desk closed at 1 and you needed a code to get in. Fortunately a resident gave us the code and showed us the lockbox where our key was waiting in an envelope. We photographed our passports and emailed them as requested and asked for a later checkout. We didn’t get a response. The next morning I emailed again and was told no late checkout. When we went to checkout they said they didn’t get our email from the night before. In the end we were able to leave our bags for a few hours. So, while the apartment was fine, communication was not.
