Summary: Good value and good location. Right next to a subway stop, not as busy as TST area, or Mongkok. Nice and quiet, solid door, rather quiet. The room was a bit snug, but it is just a place for me to crash at night, so not a big deal. Some odd behavior resident (like leaving their room door opened, ajar, not sure why), some running and screaming kids, but hey, those behaviors are everywhere. But overall was nice and safe, and quiet. I especially like the area a lot, and several 24hrs convenient stores within steps. Will stay again for sure.
