Summary: The home is beautiful and speaks for itself. The pictures don’t do this home justice. My family and I had an amazing time. I also appreciate having the large pots and pans for cooking. I’ve been in the hospitality industry for almost 20 years. I give and I demand that my team give great customer service to all of our guests. Therefore, I always look for at least good customer service when I visit places. The owner and the property manager both gave exceptional customer service. When a phone call should have sufficed, the property manager made a special trip to the house to make sure that all the TVs were in good working order. On the Fourth of July, the downstairs AC was not cooling well. With one text message, the property manager was back. There was another issue with the HOA, which was neither the owners fault or ours, but the owner went above and beyond to get that issue fixed. There are a lot of places that would have met our needs as far as a place to stay but I am glad that we chose this home. It makes you feel good about spending your money when you get good service. This was money well spent. When we decide to come back to the area and his home is available, I would definitely choose this home again. Thank you to the owner and the property manager for making our stay as great as it was.
