Located in beautiful Bolton Landing, this luxury vacation home rental is newly renovated. Sleeping ten people, this two-story Bolton Landingis perfect for family getaways. The first floor features a living room with a pullout sofa bed, fireplace, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee bar. This is the perfect space to prepare and enjoy family meals while taking in the views of Lake George and Tongue Mountain! Also, on the first floor, a laundry room and half bath. The second floor is where all the bedrooms are located. The first bedroom has twin bunk beds, a trundle twin, and a pullout sleeper chair. The second bedroom features a queen bed with a full bathroom across the hall. The primary bedroom has a king bed and an attached master bath with a large jacuzzi tub. All three second-story bedrooms have views of the lake. The fourth bedroom is a loft with two queen beds above the game room, accessible by a spiral staircase. Nestle in and enjoy the spectacular panorama of Northwest Bay!
Relish in our Hot Tub and take in the views on the wrap-around deck with an attached screened-in porch off of the kitchen.The garage has been transformed into The Last Call Bar and Game Room. This property also offers dock space at a separate location at Bell Point Shores, accommodating up to a 24-foot boat; if you have a larger boat, please inquire within.
