Lake Minterwood is a very quiet, peaceful lake (no motors are allowed). Which allows the local Bald Eagle to fish at his or her leisure!
Walking down the stairs from the parking area, takes you into a quiet calming area with Rhodies on your right and a host of mature flower beds to your left.
This then opens up onto the top level deck with fantastic views of the lake. You can enjoy a BBQ and dinner while you gaze at the lake.
The house has vaulted ceiling with floor to ceiling windows looking out over the lake.
We have 4 bedrooms (two on the top floor and two on the lower ground floor), a kitchen with a dining area, the great room, tv room in the lower ground and 2 bathrooms. There is also a laundry room for those that need it.
But the best part of it all is the lake... 3 decks allow you and your family to spread-out and enjoy. The kayak and rowboat are open for your use and enjoyment and the decks lead right out to the water!
The house, decks, kayak, etc are all there for your fun and enjoyment!!! You will be able to access the space at your own convenience with a code provided on reservation.
There's lots of books to browse through and internet access if needed. The beds are incredibly comfortable with comfy comforters and cotton bedding.
Kid friendly with toys, games, books, and plastic kitchen utensils.
