Perfect for an extended vacation or staycation, this 2nd floor condo is located in the beautiful Heritage Palms Golf & Country Club in Fort Myers and has a stunning view of the 38 acre lake. It offers the perfect opportunity to relax in the comfort of the condo, take advantage of the resort style amenities, and explore all that SW Florida has to offer.
PLEASE NOTE:
Heritage Palms is a gated, secure community with an HOA application process to be completed 30 days in advance. so please plan accordingly. There is an application form/background check, that must be completed with the Association and an application fee of that is paid directly (this has not been included in your booking fees). There is also the option to transfer membership for the duration of your stay, for access to the golf and other amenities (additional cost).
The Space...
Living/Dining/Kitchen area
The living room area is open concept and has floor to ceiling sliding glass doors/windows onto the balcony, giving expansive views over the lake and golf course. There is plenty of comfortable seating, a smart TV with cable and access to all the popular streaming apps, such a Netflix, Prime video, etc.
The dining table seats 4 and there is also a breakfast table in the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the major appliances, as well as many smaller ones, including a small blender for those healthy morning smoothies (or cocktails!), a toaster and more. You should find all that you need for your vacation stay.
There is a filter coffee machine and starter amounts of coffee and sugar to get you going in the morning.
Balcony
The balcony is the width of the living area and looks out over the lake and golf courses. We think this may become a favorite spot –for an ‘al fresco’ breakfast, a casual dinner, or the place to see in the evening with a glass of wine!
Bedrooms/bathrooms
The master bedroom has a queen size bed, a TV with basic cable, a walk in closet and a private attached bathroom with a walk-in shower.
The guest bedroom, has a queen size bed, a closet and a desk with printer for those who need to work whilst away. The guest bathroom has a combination shower/tub and the laundry area with washer and dryer is also here and you will find spare towels and beach towels, as well as a starter amount of laundry products and cleaning products.
