Lake Palms 10 is a nicely updated two bedroom/two and one half bathroom lake front town home in the heart of Sanibel Island, Florida. Our town home has a spacious living room with sofa, large flat panel TV, dining area and full kitchen. Our kitchen has everything you'll need to prepare meals for your stay and entertain for guests as well. The lower main level features the kitchen, dining area, living room, half bath and screened lanai with seating to view the wonderful lake views. Up the stairs is the master bedroom suite with king bed, screened lanai and en-suite bathroom. There is a guest bedroom with a queen murphy bed, desk and en-suite bathroom. Lake Palms requires a monthly minimum stay, is not pet friendly and is a very quiet community. Our location is superb being a short walk over to Big Arts, the Historical Museum, Sunday Farmer's Market during the winter as well as nearby shops and restaurants. Want to catch some sun and beach time while you're on the Island? ... our location is an easy bike ride (less than 10 minutes / 1.5 mi) over to the Tarpon Bay beach access. We'll look forward to welcoming you for a month or longer at our Sanibel Island home away from home.
