Travel Purpose: leisure
Positive: Mostly secluded in a forested area with a nice big porch to sit and take in the ambiance. Relatively quiet with good privacy. Interior has that cabin feel due to the wood walls and ceilings. Open living space with double door access to the outside makes you feel like you are outdoors even when inside.
Negative: Some maintenance and attention is in need. The kitchen was supplied with enough spoons for a whole platoon but only enough forks for about 5 people. This led us to having to watch forks after each meal. The automatic ice maker in the freezer does not function. Both sofas are well worn and very uncomfortable to sit in, especially since the TV is mounted way too high. When we communicated the day before checkout with the host, we received no reply to our question. There was no follow up. Photos posted are also a bit misleading in regards to the parking situation. Also keep in mind that there are numerous steps to access property.
Summary: Our group had a nice time but property did not meet expectations.
