This lake front home will make you feel right at home & is the perfect destination to kick up your feet & wind down. It features an open layout with multiple living spaces, deck, large private dock, & a firepit. This house is close to the public boat launch, grocery store, shopping and charming restaurants. We hope you love it here as much as we do! *Our boat is parked in the dock, but additional cleats are installed on the sides for anyone bringing theirs. Exterior cameras & a sound monitor are installed & in use & should not be touched by guests. ***Per HOA rules, you can park 4 cars at the home. Trailers count as a car. Trailers over 17 feet long count as 2 cars. Fines are $1,000+ if this rule is broken & will be passed on to guests.***
