Summary: Staff from the front desk, rooms and the breakfast area all helpful and friendly. They helped make the hotel and neighborhood feel comfortable. Can't say enough nice things about them. Location is really convenient with Central Park and subway within a block. Easy to get to most lines on the westside. The elevator is a little slow but they seem to know how to get it to work. Hot breakfast from 7-10 has potatoes, some type of egg and pork sausages or bacon. The wafflemaker is a nice touch. Cereal, toast etc. Coffee and Tea available all day which is nice. Breakfast area has a microwave.
