This Beautiful 2-bedroom 2-bathroom unit its waiting for you this winter, this one-story Villa has a lot of personality and its 200 meters from the beach just 3 minutes’ walking, it is in a private condo with pool and Palapa common area where you can just sit relax and read a book or meet with friend.
It features fully equipped kitchen and all needed supplies, toaster, microwave, blender dishes etc. fridge and Gas stove, laundry room with lots of space for storage and separate washer and dryer, the living room area is very spacious, and the two couches can be used as a single bed if taken off the back cushions, the master bedroom has its own bathroom, it has a king-size bed, nightstands and a dressed with mirror, and closet. Second bedroom has two single beds closet and dresser lots of space, beautiful terrace to enjoy warm afternoons and mornings with lots of space for barbeques, all bedrooms and living room area are A/C equipped, it can sleep up to 6 people. Parking for two cars.
Beautiful marina is just 5 minutes away (Marina Cruz de Huanacaxtle) where you can enjoy the Sunday Market full of flavor textures and colors, the beach is perfect for Kayaking and paddleboarding, there are more than 13 restaurants at a walking distance and its 10 minutes away from Bucerias downtown, 30 minutes from Puerto Vallarta International Airport.
