Our cleaner is the best! She loves what she does, uses non toxic cleaning supplies, and is very thorough and thoughtful in preparing the home for each new guest! We are confident you will show up to a clean, comfortable home!

Prep a meal in the instapot, head out to enjoy the relaxing backyard, Play a game of spike ball, bean bag toss or make a splash in our crystal clear, clean, heated and cooled pool....our home makes living your best life easy:)
Grab our basketball or football and head to the family park directly across the street! Enjoy the large new playground your kids are sure to love!! We also provide a stroller in the garage for your use!
Vaulted ceilings in the living room, Kitchen, and master bedroom adds to a spacious and open feeling home. Relax and wind down on our comfy leather sofa while streaming your favorite show on our 58" smart TV, or do your evening workout with our 10 or 25 lb dumbbells!
Enjoy High speed internet throughout your stay, including a desk and office chair for your laptop work!!
Our Home has four bedrooms:
~ Master bedroom: King bed, and master bathroom with a large walk in closet.
~ Bedroom 2: Queen size bed
~ Bedroom 3: Queen Bed
~ Bedroom 4: Two sets of twin bunk beds
and a basket of blocks if you have little ones.
Our home in Glendale is in a great central location with many local tourist attractions, hiking trails, and much more. 5 min from Arizona State University West Campus. 15 min from state farm stadium, and Westgate entertainment district and too much more to list!!

Pool is set to heat to a wonderful 85 degrees!!
You will have access to enjoy the entire home and property including parking in the garage. The laundry closet is locked for cleaning and restock supplies:)
Please be especially aware of the dangers of a pool when staying with small children. We do have a high knob on the kitchen/dining door to keep small children from opening this door. Please arm the alarm on the master bedroom sliding door to alert you if a child should open that door!! At this time we do not have any kind of fence around the pool so adults must accompany children in the backyard!
Home is located only 20 miles from Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport!!
Pool is set to heat or cool to 85 degrees. Keeping the pool cover on as much as possible during winter months helps maintain temperature. Weather conditions can also affect temperature!
NOTE:
Two updates. We had to replace our queen palm tree with a younger queen palm. We replaced our grill with a 28" Blackstone flattop grill. You will still see the old palm and grill in some of the outdoor photos.
