Positive: This is s good location, near everything in walking distance, even thought there are other problems, like no elevator and the morning waking from barking - dog park in front ot the apartment, even if is near a beautiful park…
Negative: Different pictures online - but nice room. Was not clean! They said we can check in at 15:00 and even at 14:00 they didnt get to inform me. I arrived at 15:00 and i saw a totaly unclean room from the previous people. They said the cleaner had a road accident. Eventhough they didnt even inform ! The balcony is small- and was not clean, for people that are smoking, if u plan to sit there u need to clean by yourself.
Summary: Not worth the money for what it offers. Beautiful room, totaly unclean
