➽ Bedroom Layout Overview:
We have 3 bedrooms: 1 king bedroom and two queen bedrooms. Below is more details about each of these rooms. We can comfortably sleep up to 6 but please note that we only have 3 bedrooms and to access the 3rd bedroom you must pass through the 2nd bedroom but each bedroom has their own doors for privacy.

We strive to offer countless amenities so you can enjoy your stay. Whether its complementary coffee and tea, oatmeal for breakfast, extra fluffy throw blankets, cooking necessities, or swim towels chances are we’ve got you covered.
➽ Family Friendly:
We're family friendly with a high chair, full crib, and a pack n play for the little one! You'll enjoy no stairs within the house so you don't have to worry about falls. The smart TV can keep them entertained at home and we provide lots of ideas for kid-friendly activities in our guidebook! We can even help you find a babysitter. We also have a kid so we will be endlessly patient with any kid noises!
➽ Master (King) Bedroom:
Enjoy your extra-large master bedroom with a king mattress, large double closets, reading nook, and blackout curtains for your ample windows.
➽ Queen Bedroom 1:
Comfortable queen memory foam mattress, closet, and blackout curtains. Please note that you must pass through this bedroom to access the other queen bedroom but each bedroom has their own doors for privacy.
➽ Queen Bedroom 2:
Another extra-large bedroom with a comfortable queen mattress, desk & chair for productivity, chest of drawers & clothes rack, and a comfortable armchair for late night reading.
➽ Bathroom:
After a long day of travels enjoy showering or bathing the full bathroom which features a curved shower rods and ample clean linens. Don’t worry--we provide quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer so you don’t have to pack your own. Because we value safety we also have a non-slip bath mat.
➽ Living Room & Dining Room:
Enjoy our comfy couch and armchair and sit back and relax while watching our Smart TV, which will stream your favorite movies and shows just like you’re at home. The room is an open concept room that has a bar with seating for four in addition to a dining room table with seating for four so your group can enjoy each other's presence whether you're in the kitchen, sitting on the couch, or eating at the table. Enjoy bright sunlight through the large windows during the daytime.
➽ Kitchen:
A full kitchen comes with all the tools you need to make a wonderful meal! We have setting for up to 8 guests, all the necessities to cook a home cooked meal, and a full-sized fridge, stove, oven, and dishwasher. In the morning, enjoy your coffee anyway you like it (automatic coffee maker or french press), sip on some tea, and enjoy our complimentary oatmeal (please note a full breakfast isn't included-- but we do have oatmeal!).
➽ Porch:
We LOVE the outdoors, so we hope you enjoy our large covered porch suited with an outdoor table and chair set that seats six. You can sit and enjoy the southeastern nighttime sounds or listen to the rain in comfort while you overlook our quiet street.
➽ Parking:
We have free parking right next to your entrance just for you. You can easily fit two cars (maybe three if you're creative) and have additional parking on the street. You can easily get in and out with our turn around area. We only ask that you don’t block us in or park in the turn around area!
➽ Other things to note:
We live upstairs but promise we're good neighbors. We do have a kid who you may occasionally hear through your ceiling. If you are extremely sensitive to noise or really don't want to risk hearing any ambient noise, this might not be the place for you!
You have a completely private downstairs apartment with a private entrance and parking. We do have a small, very friendly, very quiet dog that you won't really see or hear from at all.
➽ Pet Friendly: If your precious pet is very well behaved and likes to travel with you we welcome in into our home! You'll be charged a $60 pet fee after you book (this fee is nonrefundable even if the trip is canceled). Pets are not allowed on the furniture, and we ask you clean up after it both outside and inside (eg. sweep up fur). Cap of 2 pets please (reach out to us if you have more).

You're minutes away from just about anywhere you'd want to go. Our favorite burger bar/tavern (kid friendly), Italian restaurant, and park are walking distance from the house. Publix, Whole Foods, a pharmacy, countless parks, restaurants, bars, and outdoor adventures are all just minutes away!
Headed to Lookout Mountain? Rock city, ruby falls, and other mountain attractions are only a quick and beautiful 30 minute drive away.
Our house is just a mile from North Chattanooga, so take a walk or grab your bike and head to the riverside! Chattanooga also has affordable public transit via CARTA (our bus system), and ample ubers, lyfts, and taxis.
Please note that at first glance, the driveway of the house can be a little confusing however it's quite simple to navigate once you're familiar with it. Simply head up the hill and either swing wide to park normally or use the turn around/back up area to back into your private parking spots. Getting out is easy with the use of the turn around area!
-As with any unit that shares a wall or ceiling with another unit, there's occasionally some noise that travels through our floor to your unit as we do have a toddler. Although we try to stay quiet and respect your experience, this unit might not be the best place for a guest who needs an extremely quiet unit. We've yet to have a guest report any issues so feel we do a good job at being quiet, but we like to let people know!
- Our driveway is easy once you get the hang of it, but it is very hilly. If you are uncomfortable navigating hills, or unwilling to park at the bottom and walk up the driveway, this might not be the best home for your trip.
- Pet Friendly: If your precious pet is well behaved and likes to travel with you we welcome in into our home (2 pets max)! You'll be charged a $60 pet fee after you book. Please clean up after your pet, including any fur shedding. You may be charged extra for excessive fur issues or damages to the house. Pets are NOT allowed on the furniture.
- Smoking of any kind indoors will result in an additional $500 smoking fee plus the cost of remediation.
