Positive: The hotel was great, the rooms were spacious, and the beds were comfy. The rooms have a smart TV capable of streaming services, as long as you yourself will log in to them (do not forget to log out). The hosts are extremely welcoming and nice, and room service changed our towels every day for the duration of our trip. Breakfast was good, and the hotel offers paid lunches and dinners from their menu - all were good. If there is anything necessary, just ask at the reception. The location of the hotel is in the FLC park, with free rides on their electric vehicle around the FLC premises; however, they cannot get to the FLC beachfront, they can only get there to the first gate, and then it's a 10-15 minute walk. There are two beaches within a relatively short distance of each other - the FLC manmade beach, which is less crowded and more private, free of charge, but accessible only until around noon due to the high tides - and the city beach of Sam Son, where there were many people during our stay, but also its a natural beach so its nicer in that regard - also free of charge.

Negative: The location of the hotel itself on the FLC premises is in a darker alleyway with unfinished buildings around. This also ruins the view a bit, since it looks like a ghost town. The WiFi, besides the eating room/reception area, is slow and unstable, despite the WiFi signal being strong (I assume the mesh access points are wirelessly uplinked or the network was congested with many clients) - 5G and 4G reception was strong on Viettel and Vinaphone, if a stable connection is necessary during your stay.

Summary: A pleasant stay, that matched my expectations with the price paid, despite some shortcomings.
