Summary: Great location and free water for duration of my stay. Only negative is the hotel policy to place a hold on your credit card for a damage deposit. First time in 30 years I have seen this. However didn’t detract from my stay and would recommend particularly if you are planning to use the train for visits elsewhere as perfect for this . Tram is also a five minute walk
