Located in beautiful Kaw City, OK is this 4 Bedroom, 2 1/2 bathroom home with a water view of Kaw Lake and only 30 minutes from Pioneer Woman, Ree Drummonds Mercantile. Completely remodeled in 2018 and all new beds and mattresses in June 2018, this adorable home on 1/3 acre has a view of Kaw Lake and abuts city land through which you can walk down to the waterfront on a trail through the beautiful woods. Boaters and fisherman will love that the marina is nearby with the city beach and boat launch.
This home has a huge basement with an unstocked (sorry) bar :) It is a great place for large groups to gather. I also connects to a large covered porch!
Due to allergies, NO PETS are allowed.
The house next door will sleep 12 as well, so if you are looking to sleep up to 24 people, and we can find a date where both houses are available.
